How It Works
Schedule your desired service by choosing a convenient date and time through the ‘Book Now’ page. Please make sure to fill out any necessary information on the appointment form such as your full name, contact information, document quantity & type, and the address where you’d like to meet. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for all appointments.
1. Book Appointment
When booking an appointment, you will be prompted to upload any documents you wish to be notarized. You can choose to upload your documents prior to your appointment, or email them to me at info@veronicathenotary.com. Your personal information is in safe hands, and will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
2. Share Documents
On the day of your scheduled service, please arrive promptly at the confirmed location to meet with your mobile notary. Please ensure that you bring all required materials such as a valid, government-issued ID and all documents that need to be notarized. All signers must be present at the appointment.
